AddvCard is a product owned and operated by Truezone Inc.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Truezone Inc. (“Truezone”, “AddvCard”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) governing your access to and use of AddvCard’s websites, applications, and services.

By accessing or using AddvCard, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use AddvCard.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use AddvCard.

If you use AddvCard on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

Certain features require an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Maintain current account information
  • Keep login credentials secure
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access

You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account.

4. Subscription Plans

AddvCard currently offers:

  • Free
  • Pro
  • Premium
  • Enterprise (Custom Pricing)

Features, usage limits, and pricing may change from time to time.

Current plan information is available within the AddvCard platform.

5. Billing and Payments

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and may automatically renew unless cancelled.

Applicable taxes may be charged where required by law.

6. Refund Policy

Except where required by applicable law:

All subscription fees are non-refundable.

Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund of payments already made.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to AddvCard, including:

  • Names
  • Contact information
  • Profile photos
  • Logos
  • Company information
  • Social media profiles
  • Website links
  • Business card content

You grant AddvCard a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Services.

8. Public Card Information

A core feature of AddvCard is the public sharing of digital business cards.

When you share your card through:

  • Public URLs
  • QR codes
  • Apple Wallet
  • Google Wallet
  • PassMate
  • NFC tags
  • Other sharing methods provided by AddvCard

the information included on your card may become accessible to recipients and others with whom you choose to share it.

You are solely responsible for:

  • The information you publish
  • The accuracy of that information
  • Ensuring you have the right to publish that information

AddvCard is not responsible for information voluntarily made public by users.

9. Enterprise Accounts

Organizations purchasing Enterprise subscriptions may designate administrators.

Enterprise administrators may:

  • Create employee accounts
  • Edit employee card information
  • Manage employee access
  • Deactivate employee accounts
  • Manage subscription seats
  • View organization-related usage information

If you use AddvCard through an Enterprise account, your organization may control and manage your account and associated content.

You acknowledge that Enterprise administrators may access, modify, or remove information associated with Enterprise-managed accounts.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Use AddvCard for fraud, deception, or unlawful activities
  • Impersonate another person, company, or organization
  • Publish false or misleading business information
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Conduct phishing activities
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts
  • Interfere with platform operations
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Copy, scrape, harvest, or extract platform data without authorization
  • Use automated bots or scripts without authorization
  • Use AddvCard to develop competing products or services
  • Circumvent plan limits, quotas, or usage restrictions

11. Intellectual Property

AddvCard and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in:

  • The AddvCard platform
  • Source code
  • Software
  • Designs
  • User interfaces
  • Branding
  • Logos
  • Trademarks
  • Wallet pass templates
  • Analytics systems
  • Documentation

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of AddvCard intellectual property to you.

12. Third-Party Services

AddvCard integrates with third-party services including:

  • Google Cloud Platform
  • Firebase
  • Stripe
  • Apple Wallet
  • Google Wallet
  • PassMate

Certain features depend on these third-party providers.

PassMate is an Android wallet application that enables Android users to install, manage, and receive updates for compatible digital wallet passes.

Certain Android wallet functionality provided through AddvCard may rely on PassMate services.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to those providers’ terms, policies, and conditions.

Truezone Inc. is not responsible for the availability, content, functionality, or performance of third-party services outside of our control.

13. Wallet Pass Availability

AddvCard does not guarantee that Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, PassMate, or any other third-party wallet platform will remain available, compatible, or support all AddvCard features indefinitely.

Third-party wallet providers may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue functionality at any time without notice to AddvCard.

You acknowledge that certain wallet-related features depend on third-party services outside of Truezone Inc.’s control.

14. Beta Features

From time to time, AddvCard may provide beta, preview, experimental, or early-access features.

Beta features:

  • May be incomplete
  • May contain bugs or errors
  • May be modified or discontinued at any time
  • Are provided “AS IS”

We make no guarantees regarding beta features.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts immediately if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Fraud is suspected
  • Illegal activity is detected
  • Security risks are identified
  • Platform abuse occurs
  • Payment obligations are not fulfilled

We may also terminate inactive accounts or discontinue services at our discretion.

Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.

16. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

AddvCard may occasionally be unavailable due to:

  • Maintenance
  • Updates
  • Technical failures
  • Third-party outages
  • Network disruptions
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADDVCARD IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

TRUEZONE INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF:

  • MERCHANTABILITY
  • FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
  • NON-INFRINGEMENT
  • ACCURACY
  • AVAILABILITY
  • RELIABILITY

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

18. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

TRUEZONE INC., ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

TRUEZONE INC.’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO ADDVCARD DURING THE ONE (1) MONTH IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

19. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Truezone Inc., its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of:

  • Your use of AddvCard
  • Your content
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of applicable law
  • Your infringement of third-party rights

20. Privacy

Your use of AddvCard is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If material changes are made, we may provide notice through:

  • The platform
  • Email
  • Our websites

Your continued use of AddvCard after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

22. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

23. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware, United States.

You consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

24. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Truezone Inc. regarding the Services.
